The project consists of an automall on approximately 72 acres located north of State Highway 198 and west of Neeley Street/Road 80, west of Plaza Drive. The proposed land uses consist of exclusively automobile dealerships within a comprehensively planned and designed project. The site will accommodate up to 11 auto dealerships and will be developed in two phases.
