Document Description
The project involves construction of a new 1,200-student elementary school and conversion of the existing 1,200-student Sutter Elementary School to a middle school facility. The new elementary school is to include 28 classrooms, computer labs, a library, a multi-purpose facility and kitchen, administrative areas, playgrounds, and an 83-space parking lot. New facilities at Sutter School would inlcude two modular buildings, a gymnasium, a soccer field, and an expanded parking area.
