CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (SAA #1600-2003-5056-R6) pursuant to SEction 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Tony Del Grippo of Beazer Homes. The applicant is proposing to grade and develop approximately 48 acres into a residential development of 83 single family lots. The project will permanently impact 0.28 acres of the 0.36 acres of jurisdictional waters identified on the site and also impact five Coast Live Oaks, one Arroyo Willow, and upland chaparral vegetation.
