A conditional use permit for a 3,500 square-foot child care center for up to 60 children. Demolition of an existing furniture factory and the construction of a 308-unit affordable housing complex with 272 parking spaces and a 28,600 square-foot parking structure adjacent to the Metro Gold Line Terminal. The roof of the parking garage may be used for a neighborhood serving recreational facility.
