The project is a proposal to acquire right-of-way between State Route 14 (SR-14) and the Avenue P-8 (Structure No. 53-2178), extending eastward along the Avenue P-3 and 15th Street East. Additionally, right-of-way would be acquired along Sierra Highway and 8th Street East in conjunction with the anticipated interchange between the future state highway and the nearby new on-ramp.
