The project would include the repair of the interior of the Hall of Justice building to provide 325,000 square feet of useable office space, the development of a new multi-level garage with 1,000 parking spaces on the site, landscape and hardscape improvements, architectural and security lighting, and necessary upgrades to utility systems. In addition, the project would include the restoration of the core and shell elements of this building, and the cleaning, refurbishing, and repair of the historic exterior wall materials, and certain historically significant interior areas.
