Updated analysis of dragline and hydraulic dredging of upper Franklin and Santa Monica Creeks with beach surf zone deposition of sediment at Ash Ave. for dragline and at the marsh mouth for hydraulic dredging. Hydraulic dredging will also take place on lower Franklin Creek to the marsh mouth. Existing staging/stockpile area on Franklin Creek will be expanded by 0.5 acres. A drainage system that provides runoff through a flood wall into tidal channels in the South Marsh will also be maintained.
