CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0969 Pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator Ms. Barbara Lynch, City of San Luis Obispo. The proposed project would remove the two CMP culverts and replace the structure with a single span bridge that would be approximately 78 feet wide and 49 feet long and able to accommodate 200-year flow events.
