The Dry-Year Yield program is a conjunctive use program between Metropolitan Water District, Inland Empires Utilities Agency, Chino Basin Watermaster, and the Chino Basin appropriators. Monte Vista Water District participation in this program includes the construction and operation of the following project components: 1. Richton and Monte Vista Avenue groundwater production well (Well 31), and 2. Northwest "B" IX Facility (Well 33 site) located at the northwest corner of Palo Verde Street and Benson Avenue in the City of Montclair.
