The Housing Authority of the County of Stanislaus has acquired five acres in the Northeast corner of Roselle Avenue and Bellharbour Drive in Stanislaus County, within the City of Modesto. The site is zoned SPO (Specific Plan Overlay). This parcel is zoned for the development of multi family residential. The Housing Authority submitted a Request for Qualifications to the City of Modesto for a pre development loan to prepare a feasibility study to develop affordable multi family housing in this specific location.
