The corrective actions required by the DTSC have been completed. The corrective actions mitigated the release or threat of release of hazardous waste. The revisions to the SOP did not represent actual changes in hazardous waste operations, but described specific saety precautions and regulatory limitations required by local agencies. Changes in the training director, inspection form, Emergency Response Plan, and support services staff responsibilities are administrative in nature and do not create potential for physical effects on the environment. The site is not on the Hazardous waste and Substances Sites list.
