Document Description
The Operator proposes to alter the streambed to remove and replace the entirety of Beach Road, which is 1-1/2 mile long by 20' to 24' in width. This shall involve removing all existing asphalt and base down 12-inches, removing all eight existing storm drain pipes which run under the road and replacing them with new pipes and catch basins, recompacting all subgrade material, and installing new crushed aggregate and asphalt. The new surface will be non-permeable (asphalt concrete) and will drain into the eight existing earthen lined drainage waterways.
