Document Description
The project consisted of the modification of LLNL's training plan to allow the use of alternative methods and media, such as web and computer based courses, and would qualify for a Class 22 Categorical Exemption by Title 14, Section 15322, but for the fact that the LLNL facility is prohibited from using a Categorical Exemption by title 14, Section 15300.2(e).
