Project consists of repair of a 23' x 18' damaged roof on the maintenance shop in historic Adamson House complex involving replacement of existing layers rolled roofing with in kind roofing materials, and minimal concurrent repair of water damaged interior ceiling panels. Project will comply with Secretary of the Interior's Standards for Historic Structures and 5024.
