The Central Valley Regional Water Board is issuing a 401 Water Quality Certification for the subject Project. The Project consists of: 1) levee improvements by re-sloping and widening the base of McCormack-Williamson Tract levee and 2) improvements to the existing ring levee. The Project will permanently impact 1.917 acres/4,584 linear feet of waters of the U.S.
