The Phase B Project consists of modifications and refinements to existing District levees including breaching a 1,000 linear foot section along Dead Horse Cut, construction of flood weirs at two levee locations along the Mokelumne River and Lost Slough, and repair of damaged sections of existing levee. Creation of tidal marsh and riparian habitat as enhancement, and mitigation for project impacts.
