The project would implement flood control improvements in the northern Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, principally on and around Staten Island, Dead Horse Island, and McCormack Williamson Tract, in a manner that would benefit aquatic and terrestrial habitats and alleviate flood-related problems in the North Delta area.
