Document Description
Place Co. Water Agency entered into an agreement with the developer of Bell Tuscany Subdivision (aka Black Oak Vineyards Subdivision), Black Oak Ventures LLC, to fund the construction of a water storage tank and to upsize a waterline from the PCWA's existing distribution system to the tank. Since that time, the developer has completed the construction of the tank. Recently, the developer informed the Agency that construction of the development improvements is in abeyance. The Agency needs the tank put into service at this time; therefore, the Agency plans to request bids for construction of the pipeline to the tank.
