Applicant is requesting a Use Permit and Reclamation Plan for a hard-rock mining and processing operation. Total volume is estimated to be 2,500,000 tons with a maximum permitted amount of 100,000 tons a year and a maximum 50-year life of the project. Approximately 48.69 acres will be mined and 65.54 acres reclaimed. Additionally, the project would include a rock crushing/screening plant, and an asphalt batch plant.
