Document Description
Brandenburg Mixed Use / North San Pedro Housing Sites project for the development of approximately 60,000 square feet of commercial uses and approximately 1,500 residential units and the realignment of West Julian Street. The proposed project requires an amendment to the San Jose 2020 General Plan, rezoning, and associated land use permits, development agreements, acquisition and assembly of property, street abandonment and infrastructure improvements.
