Williams Communications, LLC is proposing to install short segments of fiber optic cable. The project consists of six segments, only three of which would require new construction. The other three segments would use existing under utilized fiber optic cable. All of the proposed alignments are across roadways, in already disturbed road shoulders, or in railroad-right of-way.
