Document Description
The proposed project affects approximately 45.3 acres immediately adjacent to the city limits of the City of Grass Valley. The project proponent seeks approval to annex to the City of Grass Valley and subdivide approximately 17.7 acres of the site. The 17.7 acre area would be subdivided into twenty-five single family lots and one open space parcel. The project proposes a General Plan Amendment to designated 17.7 acres of the site ULD - Urban Low Density, which requires between 1.01 and 4.0 units per acre. The General Plan designation of the remainder of the site would not be amended.
