Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Notification of Lake or Streambed Alteration, EPIMS Notification No. SBR-21000-R6 pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Pacific Communities Builder, Inc.The Project is limited to the following activities: 1) lining of the banks of Ossom Creek, 2) installation of three drop structures within Ossom Creek, 3) installation of box culverts; 4) dredging 14,400 cubic-yards of sand from the
Ossom Creek channel; 5) protection of the existing 15-inch sewer line that runs along the Ossom Creek channel and upgrading the existing manholes; and 6) construction, including grading, of a 53-lot single-family residential development (portions of which will be within areas subject to Fish and Game Code section1602). The Project will
permanently impact a total of 7.4 acres (2,712 linear feet) of the bed, bank and channel of Ossom Creek.
