For the purposes of the SEIR, the East and West Wings will be considered a single building. The East Wing is a 20,000 sf, two story structure. The West Wing is three stories and consists of 50,000 sf. The East and West Wings are a Works Progress Administration-era building that will be reused and occupied primarily by court-related county functions. These may include, but are not limited to, offices of the District Attorney, Law Library, food services, and training facilities.
