Minor updates to the Los Angeles Valley College Facility Master Plan (Master Plan) that was analyzed in the 2003 Master Plan Final EIR (2003 Final EIR). The 2020 Master Plan Update includes construction of a new Academic Complex and Academic Building, demolition of several outdated buildings (Foreign Language, Engineering, Emergency Services Training, Business & Journalism, Math & Science, Behavioral Sciences, and Humanities , and modernization of cam us infrastructure s stems.
