Document Description
The applicant, Santa Barbara Foothills LLC, proposes a vesting tentative tract map (VTTM) and Final Development Plans for 20 residential dwelling units with associated accessory buildings, landscaping and private open space, road system, and utilities. Also included are a Preliminary Development Plan for a community park with public trail, and a public trail easement through some of the private lots. The VTTM would cover the current 377 acre vacant property and includes a 200-acre Designated Remainder Parcel.
