Document Description
The Boating Instruction and Safety Center (BISC) Draft EIR was prepared by the County of Ventura, Harbor Department to analyze the environmental effects of the proposed 0.84-acre BISC project. The project proposes approximately 26,000 SF of exterior space, 24,000 SF of dock space, 19,000 SF of two-story buildings, and 1,000 SF of a one-story building.
