Document Description
The City of Oxnard GREAT Program is a water resources project that combines wastewater recycling, groundwater injection, and groundwater desalination to provide regional water supply solutions to western Ventura County (also known as the Oxnard Plain). Project elements would involve the expansion and upgrade of existing facilities and the construction of several new facilities within the Oxnard Plain. The GREAT Program would be implemented and operated in two phases.
