Document Description
Division of 34.5 acre parcel into two parcels of 5 acres and 29.3 acres. Proposed Parcel 2 is developed with a single-family residence and agricultural barn. Proposed Parcel 1 is undeveloped and would have access on Santa Ana Valley Rd. Twelve-feet of frontage alont eh Santa Ana Valley Rd. property line would be dedicated to the County for Santa Ana Valley right-of-way. An existing private well on Parcel 2 is proposed to provide domestic water to both the properties throught a shared small local water system, and a new septic system would be constructed for Parcel 1.
