Tentative Map to subdivide an existing time-share condominium located within the Lawrence Welk Village Specific Plan. The project also involves a Modification to the existing Minor Use Permit to reconfigure the design for the area that contains the common recreational amenities. As currently approved, the project includes a number of "lock-off" units, which have two bedrooms that can be split into two units for rental purposes. The project proposes to subdivide 64 of the 142 time-share lock-off units to create 128 one-bedroom units.
