Document Description
The City, in partnership with Stirling Development, proposes to amend the SCLA Specific Plan (totaling approximately 8,611 acres) to: 1) decrease the development footprint of the existing SCLA Specific Plan area, including removal of over 1,000 acres for industrial development; 2) reflect current development trends, economic and market conditions, and design guidelines; 3) provide an updated description of existing infrastructure serving SCLA, and projected requirements to serve future development; and 4) modernize the format and framework of the Specific Plan to more efficiently guide development at SCLA.
