The 3,373-acre project area involves a complex development of rail facilities, related industrial uses, and off-site rail and roadway improvements. The site is situated within the northwestern portion of the City of Victorville, adjacent to the former George Air Force Base. The proposed project would expand the existing Southern California Logistics Airport (SCLA) Specific Plan generally on the east and north sides.
