Document Description
The operator proposes to build a 48,000 gallon per year winery located on Highway 128 approximately 3 miles north of the City of Calistoga on the Napa/Sonoma County line. In conjunction with the building of the winery, a new entrance with turn lane will be built. The existing culvert that runs south to north under Highway 128 will be extended approximately 25 feet to facilitate the building of the new entrance. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a lake and streambed alteration agreement number R3-2002-0759 pursuant to section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project, Tom Eddy/Tom Eddy and Associates.
