Document Description
The applicant proposes a road abandonment along a length of seasonal unimproved road associated with an unnamed Class II tributary to the Albion River in Mendocino County, Section 7, R16W, T16N. The project will involve the removal of perched fill from the road fill slope, outsloping of the road prism, excavation of the channel to original grade and alignment. The California Department of Fish and Game (DFG) is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement R3-2001-1016, pursuant to Section 1603 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, John Anderson, Mendocino Redwood Company.
