Document Description
Change in access rights on State Route 70 in Plumas County, near Blairsden, Caltrans proposes to abandon an existing access at post mile 70.08 within an access-controlled section of expressway on U.S. Forest Service property in exchange for new acess rights at post mile 70.02. The purpose of the exchange is to improve driver sight distance. The new access will be constructed to Caltran's type "C" standards. The access is necessary to serve a private residence and U.S. Forest Service property.
