Document Description
The Operator proposes to remove Pierce's Disease (PD) host plants along Hopper Creek at 7319 Highway 29, west of Yountville, Napa County and replace them with native riparian species. The area of riparian vegetation on Hopper Creek that will be affected is 1,025-feet in length, approximately 65-feet in width, and covers approximately 1.52 acres. This area consists of approximately 63% PD host plants. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number R3-2002-0811 pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1603.
