Document Description
The project is the replacement of a 10 to 12-foot high, failed retaining wall (consisting of a wooden bulkhead founded on top of a concrete wall) with a 9 to 10-foot high vertical concrete wall, topped by a sloped bank. The filled area behind the new retaining wall (about 480 square feet) will be planted with native vegetation appropriate to the shady riparian habitat. Irrigation will be provided by the expansion of the drip irrigation system currently in place on the property.
