Specifically it will provide for the design of the runway extension, relocation of the parallel taxiway to meet B-II standards, removal of obstructions, relocation of Reynolds Road, sewer ponds, EA and CEQA approvals have been obtained prior to this request to the FAA for Design Grant Funding.
