Document Description
A Final Map Subdivision of a two-acre parcel into six lots ranging from 6,092 to 34,876 square feet, approximately. An exception request to the lot frontage requirements for Lots 2, 4, and 5. The parcels will be served by community water and sewer. A Special Permit for timber harvesting to remove approximately 152 trees from an 0.4 acre area proposed for road and homesite development, and for work associated with drainage improvements within a Streamside Management Area. A lot line adjustment with APN 301-082-30 involving an approximate 10-foot wide stripe along the north line of the property in order to change a deeded property line to conform to the physical occupation of the property. In addition, a Street Name Assignment of Amigo Court for the road access serving the subdivision.
