This application is for a Use Permit, Architectural and Site Approval, and a Grading Permit for the development of a new welcome center and dining facility at an existing retreat facility. There is no increase proposed in the capacity of conference rooms or in the number of sleeping facilities. The existing dining hall will be converted into a storage building.
