Document Description
Proposal to evaluate the County's development standards for roads in what the County defines as moderate opportunity areas. The County has three different opportunity areas Prime, Moderate, and Limited. These areas designate the required level of services required for development. The Prime Opportunity development standards requires that development be served by paved roads, community water and sewer, service by a local fire district, and other improvements. The Moderate Opportunity Area is broken down into five sub-classes: Suburban, Secondary Suburban, Rural, Prime Expansion, and Agricultural Buffer. The minimum parcel size and development standards for the respective areas.
