The California Department of Fish and Game is executing lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number R2-2003-262 pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, El Dorado Conty Department of Transportation. Project si the replacement of two existing and installation of three new culverts to provide for the widening of the road. Lead agency prepared a Negative Declaration for the entire project. The agreement and this notice pertain only to the work specified above.
