Document Description
The proposed project would involve demolition of an existing surface parking lot and construction of an office building intended for use by the State Compensation Insurance Fund. The project site is an existing surface parking lot with 173 spaces, is 94,992 square feet in size, and is located mid-block on the northeastern side of Ninth Street in the South of Market Neighborhood in the block bounded by Market, Ninth, Mission, and Eight Streets. The proposed office building would be 12 stories, 198 feet in height, about 268,000 gross square feet in size, and would contain two levels of below-grade parking with about 134 parking spaces.
