Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0235-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Peter Kiesecker, President of Green Park Runkle Canyon LLC. The applicant proposes to develop a mixed-use residential housing project on 140 acres with 1,456 acres of open space. The project includes impacts to 4 seasonal streams, two will be eliminated, one will be realigned and restored and the main drainage will be restored with a portion to include Armorflex to reduce erosion.
