Document Description
The City of Manhattan Beach has completed a comprehensive update of its General Plan including the following elements: Land Use, Infrastructure, Community Resources, Community Safety, and Noise. Housing Element was approved and certified in a separate action. The Plan also includes an implementation Program. As the City is largely built out, General Plan Policy accommodates a limited amount of growth consisting of 842 residential units and 205,000 square feet of net new commercial and industrial development. New issues addressed in the Plan incude establishing a comprehensive Neighborhood Traffic Management Program.
