Expansion of an existing aggregate mine and processing facilities by 496 acres in five phases over a 32-year time span. Excavation will produce shallow basins up to 18 feet deep to be partially backfilled with overburden. Concurrent reclamation and revegetation proposed to meet SMARA requirements.
