CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1603 (SAA # 1600-2003-5130-R5) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Charles Stapholz of New Urban West Inc. The applicant proposes to develop a storm water facility for a 49 single family subdivision, consisting of a small desilting basin and a system of drainage outlets. A small drainage feature will be filled for lot grading. The project is located in Simi Valley in Ventura County.
