The proposed project is the construction of two above ground water storage tanks and an associated storm drainage system on a site that is owned by the Santa Clarita Water Company. This site already contains a 1-million-gallon water tank and a 2-million-gallon water tank. Access to the site would be provided by the existing access road off of Whites Canyon Road just north of Enderly Street. The site is entered through a locked gate and is not accessible to the public.
