Document Description
DFG is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Orange County Public Works. The applicant proposes to alter Borrego Canyon Wash by constructing a segment of Alton Parkway. The ultimate overall Alton Parkway Extension consists of the construction of 6 lanes from Irvine Boulevard to Towne Centre Drive, for a total of 2.1 miles. The county is responsible for construction a one-mile long segment from Irvine Boulevard to Commercentre Drive.
