Document Description
The Azusa Pacific University has developed a Specific Plan for its main campus, located on two nearby sites known as the East Campus and the West Campus. Both campuses are located in the City of Azusa in Los Angeles County. The proposed Specific Plan consists of a series of projects for the campuses that involve demolition of some existing buildings, development of new buildings, renovation of several existing buildings, modifications to circulation, access and parking, and modification and expansion of other campus infrastructure. The development proposed under the Specific Plan is intended to accommodate the projected enrollment of approximately 8,484 students at the main campus over the next 15 to 20 years.
